Nothing but a positive experience dealing with Clayton and the rest of the Woodhouse staff. We shopped around and dealt with other companies whose salespeople weren’t as familiar with the vehicles they were trying to sell. We only hope that we get the same treatment when we need bring our Pathfinder in for service or are in the market for another vehicle.

Requested appointment for my 2015 Nissan Altima to do inspection of brakes & perform system coolant flush. The service Advisor was very helpful checking in my vehicle. After a thorough inspection started approved work replacing rear wheel brakes & serviced the rotors. Also performed the antifreeze flush pressure check. Jonah was helping me and he was not transparent with me, due to the fact the car I was looking at, was in 2 accidents and Jonah did not mention this. I ran a carfax report and the vehicle had been in 2 accidents within 2 weeks apart.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Shortly after leaving the dealership my car began making an odd noise and my check engine light came on. I returned my vehicle and later was notified the problem was due to them not putting oil back in my car during my oil change. I had been shopping for a month all over town when I went to look for a new SUV at Woodhouse Nissan. I had the Great Fortune to have Buddy Hogan as my Salesman. I had a very bad experience at sales department. Quote my car to fix about $300 then when I came to pick it up it was $722 didn’t even let me know. After drove it for 10 mins it died on me. They forgot to reset the computer. After complaining they believed on their employee mark Mendoza that he called me for the new quote. I can pull my incoming call that he didn’t call me. Poor customer service n poor job done.

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox Saturday 12/15/18. As a “Senior Citizen”, I have bought my share of cars over the years. This was easily the best experience I have had at any dealership. I had gone to other dealerships that day, and was treated with indifference- guess they figured an old lady was a waste of time. Clayton Shay was so genuinely caring. Purchased a used 2012 Nissan Murano from Shane at Woodhouse Nissan Dec 2014, one of the best car buying experiences. They did not play any games, gave us good money on our trade and came down on price of the Murano, would recommend Shane Tillema your next car purchase.

This was the worst experience in my life. There was a car I spotted for my wife on the internet at Woodhouse nissan a 2009 Nissan Altima SL.
